Refund and Returns Policy

At World Cloth Cart, we want you to love what you ordered!
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds as per the policy below.


1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only if:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • You raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Items purchased during special sales, offers, or clearance events may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or wrong.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@worldclothcart.shop within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and unboxing video/images (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and share pickup details if the return is approved.

3. Return Pickup

  • Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup within 2–4 business days.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed with the original invoice and tags.
  • In some remote areas, you may be required to self-ship the product. Shipping charges will be reimbursed if applicable.

4. Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (for prepaid orders).
  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit after verification.

Note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

  • If you want a different size or color, you can request an exchange instead of a refund.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Customized or altered products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You can request a return after receiving the item.
